When thinking of Scorsese’s films it’s so easy to immediately point at classics such as Taxi Driver and Gangs of New York, and overlook the director’s many wonderful documentary projects.
Luckily Spoke artist Nick Camparone has decided to tackle that avenue of Scorsese’s filmography with a series of six stencil portraits. Here’s an in-progress look at the first one, Mr. Bob Dylan from Scorsese’s “No Direction Home.”
Please join us April 19th at BOLD HYPE Gallery in NYC for our art show tribute to the films of Martin Scorsese. More info here.
