Last night, film lovers in San Francisco were treated to an exceptional event hosted by the good folks over at Midnites 4 Maniacs. Beginning at 3pm, Edgar Wright’s Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy (also known as the Cornetto Trilogy) kicked off at the Metreon with back to back screenings of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz.
250 lucky fans and VIPs were then treated to an advance screening of Wright’s latest, and final installment in the trilogy, The World’s End, one full month before it’s official worldwide debut. Midnites 4 Maniacs host Jesse Hawthorne Flicks was then joined on stage by Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost in person for a live Q&A about the new film.
Spoke Art was commissioned by M4M to create a limited edition poster for this special event, and we are happy to announce that it is now available for purchase online. With only 200 copies in existence, Tracie Ching’s stunning tribute to the trilogy is a must-have for any lover of Wright’s wonderful films.
